Active Yoga class that improves your flexibility, strength and balance by focusing on the classic yoga poses, with emphasis on alignment. A mindful practice would leave you energized and centered for stress relief.
Classes take place in the Thorncliffe Room (Upstairs in the TGCA).
Classes run for 8 weeks, 6:30pm-7:30pm on Wednesday nights from January 9th-February 27th.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
